Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for daily tasks associated with customer support, satisfaction, and service. The role entails interacting with customers, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues or concerns customers may have about our programs. The Customer Service Officer will also engage in activities that promote customer experience, such as ensuring customers feel valued, informed, and listened to.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills such as empathy, active listening, and communication
• Minimum 1-3 year experience is required in the field of customer service.
• Customer satisfaction and support skills such as problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Customer service skills such as product and service knowledge, professionalism, and patience
• Ability to create and maintain a positive customer experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
