Customer Service Officer

As a valuable member of the team, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Engage in Material Requirement Planning to ensure efficient inventory management. - Cultivate a customer-centric approach within the team by executing order-to-cash tasks and processes. - Handle sales and delivery order management tasks such as creating sales orders, processing changes, and managing blocked orders. - Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication regarding order management, product availability, prices, and delivery tracking. - Assist in demand planning by collecting and updating forecast information into the IBP tool. - Support credit management, invoicing, and accounts receivables management processes. - Manage customer complaints through the NCM system and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. - Implement and uphold business rules related to customer order management. - Generate order status reports and monitor customer sales forecast to ensure alignment with orders. - Assist in creating CN/DN based on reconciliation and approval from controlling. In order to excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Education: B.E / B. Tech with MBA (Preferred) - Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the Automotive / manufacturing industry. - Knowledge of customers, market environment, products, and technologies within the respective area. - Proficiency in IT skills such as SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, MS Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.,
