Transaction Accuracy & Cash Management

• Ensure precise execution of deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, transfers.
• Maintain perfectly balanced cash drawer and cash vault at all times.

Customer Service & First Impressions

• Handle all customer interactions courteously and efficiently.
• Resolve basic queries or escalate appropriately

Compliance & Fraud Prevention

• Detect and prevent counterfeit notes/cheques or fraudulent activities.

Product Promotion & Sales Referrals

• Identify customer needs and introduce banking products (savings, loans)
• Effectively refer leads to sales or advisory teams

Record-Keeping & Documentation

• Maintain flawless transaction documentation.
• File and archive paperwork per bank standards

Sourcing and onboarding new gold loan customers through branch walkins, field visits, and external channels

CrossSell & Relationship Management

• Cross-sell branch products (CASA accounts, insurance, credit cards, etc.) to gold loan customers
