Job Description

As a Customer Services Executive / Representative in this role, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support via inbound phone calls. You will need to expand your knowledge of product offerings, support policies, and delivery methods to effectively address customer queries. Your empathetic customer service approach will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, fostering strong relationships with internal partners and effectively communicating across all organizational levels will be essential. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you resolve complex customer issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with precision and accuracy. Utilizing various technologies and multiple screens efficiently will be part of your daily tasks. Participation in internal and external training sessions will also be required to enhance your skills. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers via inbound phone support. - Expand knowledge of product offerings, support policies, and delivery methods. - Provide empathetic customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Foster strong relationships with internal partners and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer queries. - Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with precision and accuracy. - Efficiently leverage various technologies and multiple screens. - Participate in internal and external training sessions as required. Qualifications: - Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and achieve goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. - 1-5 years of customer service experience. - Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills. - Ability to set and manage customer expectations effectively. - Strong collaboration and time management skills. - Experience handling sensitive situations professionally and thoroughly. - Highly motivated and team-oriented. - Open to working in Eastern time zones. Additional Details: You will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in BCom, BA, or BSc. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, & Word, is necessary. Inbound phone support experience and knowledge of SQL are advantageous. Please note that this is a full-time job with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule involves night shifts during weekdays, including US shifts. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person at Pune.,
