As a Customer Support Executive in the Voice Process at BROADBAND, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound voice calls, troubleshooting customer technical queries, providing resolutions related to internet, broadband, hardware, and software, maintaining call quality and process compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound/outbound voice calls efficiently and professionally - Troubleshoot customer technical queries related to internet, broadband, hardware & software - Provide resolutions to customer issues - Maintain call quality and adhere to process compliance - Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication skills - Versant score of 60 is mandatory - Documented experience in contact center - Strong understanding of customer service processes - Ability to handle calls efficiently and professionally - Graduation/Undergraduate both eligible as per company norms As a part of the process, you will be required to have hands-on knowledge of broadband & internet troubleshooting, basic hardware & software issue resolution, system navigation, and technical problem-solving. In this role, you will be working full-time at the office location in Kolkata, West Bengal. The salary package will be based on your experience level, with the CTC for experienced candidates being a 30% hike on the last CTC (up to 4.8 LPA) and for freshers being 3.80 LPA. The in-hand approximate salary for experienced candidates is 32,000 and for freshers is 25,000. The company offers benefits such as Provident Fund. To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process and a Bachelor's degree. If you are reliable in commuting or willing to relocate to Kolkata, West Bengal, and meet the required qualifications, this position could be a great fit for you.
