Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a go-getter attitude. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Trinant Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT infrastructure needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to showcase our IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and deliver on client requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in theIT industry or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and cloud computing is a plus
  • Attitude: Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude, eager to take on challengesand drive results.
