Role Description This is a part-time on-site Sales Intern role at Trinant Technologies. The Sales Intern will be responsible for communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training on products/services, and assisting in sales management tasks. Qualifications: Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Sales Management abilities Experience or interest in training Strong interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Knowledge of IT hardware and cloud services is a plus Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Sales, or related field Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for new product and service offerings. Digital Marketing: Support the team in developing marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation. Requirements: Recent graduates or second/final-year students from any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
