Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Sales Intern role at Trinant Technologies. The Sales Intern will be responsible for communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training on products/services, and assisting in sales management tasks.

Qualifications:

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management abilities
• Experience or interest in training
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Knowledge of IT hardware and cloud services is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Sales, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for new product and service offerings.
• Digital Marketing: Support the team in developing marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.

Requirements:

• Recent graduates or second/final-year students from any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
