Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and achieve sales targets and KPIs in alignment with company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and new markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
  • Collaborate with inside sales, technical, and operations teams for solution proposals
  • Present and pitch IT infrastructure solutions (hardware, software, cloud, services)
  • Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and negotiations
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives and inside sales team
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic account plans

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in IT B2B sales, preferably in system integration or infrastructure solutions
  • Strong knowledge of IT products & services – servers, networking, cloud, software licensing, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for client success
  • Strong network and ability to open doors with CXOs and IT decision-makers
  • Experience in managing a team is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
