Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Major Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients. This role is ideal for a professional with 2+ years of B2B sales experience , particularly in handling large accounts within the IT solutions or services space. You will be responsible for understanding the complex needs of enterprise customers, delivering tailored solutions, and driving long-term value through sustained partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Account Management: Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in major client accounts. Solution Selling: Understand client infrastructure requirements and position suitable IT hardware, cloud, and support offerings. Strategic Growth: Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to grow business share. Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the end-to-end sales process—from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure. Client Retention: Ensure ongoing satisfaction through proactive engagement, regular reviews, and value-driven service delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure client expectations are consistently met. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate account data, pipeline forecasts, and performance reports for senior management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on enterprise accounts or high-value customers, ideally in the IT industry. Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to manage and grow large enterprise accounts Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities Understanding of IT hardware, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise tech ecosystems Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset Why Join Trinant Technologies?
