Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing technology sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our tech products and solutions. You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to identify leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be part of an innovative, fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact the company’s success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through various methods including cold calling, emails, social media, and inbound inquiries.
  • Product Knowledge & Consultation:

    Develop a deep understanding of our technology products and services, and act as a trusted consultant to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations:

    Conduct virtual or phone-based product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management:

    Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the process.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • CRM & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track sales activities, and provide regular reports on pipeline and forecast.
  • Collaborate with Team:

    Work closely with Account Executives, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:

    Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Tech Savvy:

    Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong ability to understand customer pain points and propose suitable solutions.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven:

    Ability to work independently and stay focused on achieving sales goals.
  • Team Player:

    Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of technology products such as [specific software, hardware, or SaaS products related to the company].
  • Experience in outbound sales and cold-calling.
  • Familiarity with sales automation and prospecting tools.
