Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative (Female preferred) from an IT background to identify new leads, engage with clients, and support the sales team. The role involves tele-calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and coordination for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients via Google, LinkedIn, and databases
• Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging
• Promote IT products and solutions to generate new business
• Schedule meetings for senior sales staff with prospects
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with timely support
• Act as a customer advocate within the organization

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of tele-calling or inside sales experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• IT industry background is mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
