Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager with a technical background and strong experience in government sales. The role involves handling CPWD, PWD, NBCC clients, managing tenders, acquiring approvals, and driving sales in central/state government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell to and manage government clients (CPWD, PWD, NBCC, etc.)
• Read and interpret engineering and lighting drawings
• Handle tenders, approvals, and project coordination
• Liaison with govt. bodies and consultants
• Generate leads and maintain a sales funnel
• Ensure repeat business and team performance
• Submit proposals and meet revenue targets

Requirements:

• Proven government/B2G sales experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated with a track record in achieving targets
• Technical background required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
