Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for HR and recruitment services.
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, calls, emails to generate leads.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for client job openings.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain client and candidate databases.
  • Follow-up and maintain long-term client relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree /PG (preferably in HR or a related field).

Pref. proven experience in IT recruitment and candidate evaluation.

Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Ability to build a talent pool aligned to client requirements
