Job Description

Role Overview As an Inside Sales Specialist at Preflex Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by selling/cross-selling customized DevSecOps solutions and leading software tools from global OEMs including Atlassian, ClickUp, JetBrains, PortSwigger, GitLab, SonarQube, and any other services and applications which Preflex brings into their portfolio. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, handling objections, and managing and bridging the gap between business development teams and clients. As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be involved in the sales process from lead qualification, quotation drafting to closure. This role is all about customer engagement, problem-solving, and cross-selling solutions while working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities 1.Pipeline Generation & Sales Cycle Management. Promptly follow up, qualify, and nurture inbound leads generated through sales and marketing efforts to assess their business needs, budget, authority, and timeline. 2.Strategically generate new sales opportunities through targeted cold-calling, email campaigns, and professional social outreach to engage IT leaders and decision-makers. 3.Effectively articulate the value of our specialized products and services (e.g., Atlassian licensing, GitLab CI/CD) and identify cross-selling opportunities based on client needs. 4.Manage the sales process from initial contact through quotation drafting to final closure, ensuring a smooth customer experience. 5.Confidently address client concerns and handle objections related to pricing, competition, and technical implementation. 6.Successfully schedule and coordinate high-quality product demonstrations and detailed discovery calls. 7.Operations, Reporting & Strategy.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status to ensure clear reporting and forecasting. 8.Conduct deep analysis of client needs to propose the most suitable DevSecOps tools and solutions. 9.Efficiently manage daily sales activities and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity. Implement and contribute to sales strategies defined by leadership to penetrate new markets or grow existing accounts. Required Skills & Competencies 1.Sales & Industry Knowledge Core Competencies: Lead Qualification, Inside Sales & Cold Calling, Sales Process Implementation. Strategic Skills: Objection Handling (Sales), Cross-Selling & Customer Facing Roles, Client Requirement Analysis, Sales Target Management, Relationship Development, Problem Solving, and Strategy Execution. 2. Interpersonal & Communication Skills Customer Experience Management and skilled in Multi-tasking. Strong Communication & Convincing People ability. Demonstrated Teamwork & potential for Team Management. 3.Tools & Technologies Basic Understanding of DevSecOps practices /Saas and tool is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with professional Email Writing and Quotation Creation 4. Experience: 1-2 years of proven professional experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR) role. 5. SaaS Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure or strong interest in B2B sales, enterprise software, or the SaaS industry is essential. Familiarity with development tools, IT solutions, or project management software is a major plus. 6. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate complex, technical concepts clearly and persuasively. 7.Tech Proficiency: Experience using common sales engagement and reporting tools.
