Job Responsibilities: ● Be responsible in Lead Generation, Cold calling, Business Development, Inside Sales in different verticals ● Someone with a good understanding of IT Managed Services, Datacenter Services, Cyber Security, partner ecosystem and fair technical bent of mind. ● Database generation and maintenance of backend operations of sales ● Engaging with customers through calls/referrals to generate new sales opportunities. ● Connecting and maintaining healthy relationships with influencers and decision-makers involved in procuring IT/ITSM ● Building sales funnel and keeping track of closure ● Identifying the prospect's needs and suggesting appropriate solutions. ● Work closely with all the OEMs and Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport. ● Work closely as a team with the respective Sales Specialist(s). ● Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities. ● Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features. ● Ownership of renewals. ● Maintain reports Skills and requirement : ● Masters of business Administration in business, sales, or a related field ● Microsoft Suite - Word , Excel , PPT & Outlook ● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy ● Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines efficiently ● Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
