Role Overview

Junior Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Opportunity Qualification

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads across assigned enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Qualify leads using defined criteria such as

    Need, Authority, Budget, and Timeline (NABT)

    .
  • Prioritize prospects based on deal value, urgency, and likelihood of conversion.

Outbound & Funnel Development

  • Conduct lead research, cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound outreach activities.
  • Proactively grow the sales funnel through account mining and re-engagement of dormant leads.
  • Drive early-stage opportunity creation to ensure healthy pipeline coverage for quarterly and annual targets.

Pipeline & Funnel Monitoring

  • Track funnel health and identify gaps in lead volume or quality.
  • Take corrective actions to improve pipeline consistency and conversion rates.
  • Ensure steady movement of opportunities through defined sales stages.

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Nurture early- and mid-stage opportunities until they are ready for field sales engagement.
  • Support field sales teams by scheduling meetings, sharing account insights, and assisting in deal progression.
  • Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity data in CRM tools.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of sales activities.


Requirements

  • 0–3 years

    of experience in

    Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Business Development

    .
  • Strong communication skills across phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Willingness to learn

    enterprise sales processes

    and long B2B sales cycles.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms such as

    Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot

    , or similar tools.
  • Good organizational skills with strong follow-up discipline.
