Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure operations, including data centers, network systems, cloud infrastructure, security systems, and support services. The ideal candidate will ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our IT systems while aligning with business needs and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, firewalls, etc.). Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of physical and virtual environments. Manage infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Ensure high availability of IT services and rapid incident response through efficient troubleshooting and escalation management. Implement and maintain IT security best practices, firewall configurations, and vulnerability management. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for timely resolution and procurement of IT hardware/software. Monitor IT infrastructure cost and ensure cost-effective solutions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Mentor and guide the IT support team and ensure timely user support. Show more Show less
