We are looking for a Dot Net Developer (Software Engineer) with 1-3 years of experience who has strong communication skills and hands-on expertise in VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate should be eager to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to building scalable applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain web and desktop applications using VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, and HTML. Design and implement SQL Server databases, write optimized queries, and manage data operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues to ensure smooth functionality. Follow coding best practices and maintain proper documentation. Work in an Agile development environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and code reviews. Technical Skills Required Programming Languages : C#, VB.NETFrameworks: ASP.NET (Web Forms / MVC / Core) Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery Database: SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Performance Optimization) Development Tools: Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps (preferred) Concepts: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), RESTful APIs, Authentication & Authorization Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills 1-3 years of experience in .NET development. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
