About the role

Technical Recruiter

What you’ll do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting

    across backend, frontend, DevOps/SRE, data, mobile, QA, product, and design roles.
  • Run structured first-round technical screens

    : create role-specific rubrics and question banks (draft/iterate with ChatGPT), conduct 30–45 min filter interviews, and advance/decline with clear notes.
  • Source proactively

    : LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/Stack, referrals, communities, events; maintain diverse pipelines.
  • Drive intake & calibration

    with hiring managers; write clear JDs and define success profiles.
  • Manage process at scale

    : 15–25 open reqs concurrently; schedule loops, debriefs, feedback hygiene, and candidate experience.
  • Data-driven decisions

    : track funnel metrics, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire signals; iterate on what works.
  • Close candidates

    : compensation basics, offer negotiation, and smooth pre-boarding.
  • Employer branding

    : help craft outreach, campaigns, and event presence.
  • Compliance & fairness

    : consistent rubrics, anti-bias practices, and privacy/security of candidate data.

    of full-cycle recruiting with a heavy focus on

    technical roles

    track record.
  • Tech-conversant

    : you can talk through fundamentals (e.g., Java/Python/JS, REST/GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL, cloud—AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD, containers/Kubernetes) and spot red flags.
  • Assessment chops

    : you’ve run structured screens using

    question banks/rubrics

    ; comfortable leveraging

    ChatGPT

    to draft/refine questions and summaries, then

    validate with SMEs

  • Sourcing strength

    : boolean search, talent mapping, competitive pulls, and nurture.
  • Process excellence

    : ATS hygiene, stakeholder comms, fast SLAs, candidate-first mindset.
  • Metrics orientation

    : you monitor pipeline health, forecast offers, and improve conversion rates.
  • Communication & influence

    : clear notes, crisp updates, and the confidence to push for bar-raising hires.
Nice to have
  • Experience with

    Greenhouse/Lever

    (or similar ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with

    coding assessment platforms

    (HackerRank/Codility) and

    collaborative IDEs

    for live screens.
  • Experience hiring across multiple regions/time zones and campus/early-career programs.
