IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals through

  LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal, and other job portals

  .
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, onboarding).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and track recruitment activities in Ceipal ATS.
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates and act as their primary point of contact.

• Strong knowledge of

• Fluent and confident communicator (written & verbal).
• Ability to engage and maintain active candidate pipelines.
• Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (domestic/international hiring as per requirement).
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing IT positions.
