Job Summary
The Implementation Manager’s responsibility is to analyze, document, and deploy complex software/biller integrations to external customers. Implementation Managers must use skills such us project management as well as knowledge and professional experience of payments technology and regulations to complete all assigned integrations efficiently. The Implementation Manager role requires a combination of configuration knowledge, project management, technical analysis, QA, and client facing activities.The working hours for this role will be between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the integration type (Scope)
Work with IT and product development to have a full understanding of the projectComplete internal and biller questionnaires of all configuration itemsPerform configuration within the CRMWork with billers (customer) to demo and review configurationsEnsure accuracy of items impacting payment transactions (invoice types, systemsettings, terminal activation)Submit integration coding forms within JiraSubmit bill presentment JiraWhen required, develop and complete delivery / project plansExecute delivery / project plan and all assigned tasks on timeSupport customer QA and UATMaintain and support ongoing communication with stakeholdersMaintain an excellent relationship and open line of communication with IT, sales, billers, software partners and all members of the Operations team.Coordinate all activities related to bringing a client live including IT, Marketing, software and printing partners, CS, training, and the biller (customer)
Required Knowledge And Skills
- Support external clients implement technical systems of medium to advanced complexity
- Configure systems to integration specifications and to support business needs
- Define and execute delivery plans
- Testing and QA of systems set up
- Support training and end users during implementation
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of a high-performing team, and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Project Management training preferred
- Typically 4– 7 years experience in a related role / field
- Exerperience working at a SaaS company, or within finance/payments
- Insurance industry knowledge preferred
