Job Description

Process: BPO Telecaller - inbound & Outbound Process

Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell banking products.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and convincingly.
Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

Education:
Minimum HSC qualification (Graduates preferred).
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.

Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred.
Shift Timing:
9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Week Off:
Sunday fixed (or as per company policy).

Compensation:

Salary:
14,000 to 18,000 in hand + Incentives
Incentives:
Unlimited, performance-based
