About the Role

HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and related systems.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely documentation.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and benefits.
Track and update employee attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Admin) for HR-related tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Address employee queries regarding policies, attendance, and benefits.
Assist in HR audits, documentation, and record management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role (preferably in night shifts).
Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll inputs, and compliance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
