About the Role:

CITiLIGHT is seeking a HR & Assistant to CEO to streamline, support, and enhance operational efficiency across teams by managing administrative workflows, stakeholder communication, internal process improvements, and performance tracking—contributing directly to goal achievement, team coordination, and business scalability.

Key Responsibilities:


Operations & Workflow Management

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations across departments to ensure timelines and quality standards are met as per the CEO’s requirements.
  • Build, manage, and optimize internal trackers, SOPs, and workflows to streamline team performance.
  • Act as the point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track follow-ups, maintain action lists, and ensure execution of delegated tasks.


HR & Hiring Support

  • Own the recruitment process, screening, onboarding, and maintaining HR documentation as per vertical head requirements.
  • Implement the rolling out of employee engagement and satisfaction surveys and analyze the data to inform action.
  • Own the implementation of the appraisal process and support vertical heads on team performance evaluations and knowledge management.
  • Plan and execute activities and experiences that build organizational culture and strengthen team motivation. 
  • Own all processes and compliance related to employee entry, ongoing performance and exits.
  • Manage regulatory compliance with our CA and ensure that all HR activities comply with labour regulations and local laws.
  • Ensure that policy is followed by all employees
  • Own team meeting coordination, townhall prep and execution, team retreats etc.


Executive & Personal Assistant Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, emails, reports and travel for senior leadership.
  • Assist with operations on personal requirements of the CEO
  • Creating powerpoint decks, google sheets & surveys as requested
  • Filling in applications and scripting emails and documents as requested


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello)
  • Strong understanding of business processes, project tracking, and reporting systems
  • Basic understanding of finance tracking, vendor coordination, and HR documentation
  • Proactive in addressing concerns and managing up when needed
  • Reliable and can be held accountable to tasks without follow up
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in English)
  • Strong ability to influence others
  • Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Operational excellence
  • Attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, operations, administration, or project coordination roles
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
