Experience: 5 to 7yrs


Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities (70%) along with HR operational tasks (30%). The ideal candidate will be passionate about attracting top talent while ensuring smooth HR processes that enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and post job descriptions across job portals, social media, and internal channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the pre-joining process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status reports.

HR Operations (30%)


  • Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Assist in policy implementation and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate engagement activities and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and resolve basic queries.

Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (minimum 60% in Graduation).
  • 5–7years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) and basic HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in full end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
