Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel management. The role entails day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the wellness or astrology industries is a plus
