About the Role

Performance Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage paid campaigns across

  Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

  .
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, lead generation, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like

  Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform dashboards

  .
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, creatives, and video content.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels.
• Stay updated with the latest

  digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes

  .
• Implement strategies for

  remarketing, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation

  .
• Work closely with product and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven 3+ years of hands-on experience in

  performance marketing

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other PPC platforms

  .
• Experience with

  SEO/ASO basics

  (added advantage).
• Proficiency in

  Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle

  large budgets and high-scale campaigns

  .
• Knowledge of

  CPI, CPL, CPA, CAC, and ROAS

  metrics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in

  App Marketing & User Acquisition

  .
• Familiarity with

  affiliate marketing networks and programmatic buying

  .
• Certification in

  Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint

  .
• Previous work experience in

  startup / fast-paced growth environments

  .
