Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist. The role is located in New Delhi, with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, conducting personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR management practices. The specialist will handle various HR-related tasks, contribute to the development of HR strategies, and support employee relations and engagement.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
