Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Srinagar. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for daily HR operations including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and coordinating personnel management tasks. The role also involves supporting HR management in devising strategies to retain and attract talent, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Ability to manage Employee Benefits and Personnel Management tasks
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Experience in compliance with local labor laws
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
