Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site Human Resources Specialist at Fillip Technologies located in Patna. Your main responsibilities will include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, recruiting, onboarding, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
