Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at our company located in Patna, you will collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects. Your responsibilities will include creating visually engaging designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms such as advertisements, brochures, social media content, and website graphics. You will produce high-quality illustrations, icons, and other graphic elements to enhance brand identity and communication. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that your designs are modern, relevant, and effective. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality is a key aspect of this role. Effective communication with team members and clients to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions is vital. You will also assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Contributing to brainstorming sessions and offering creative ideas and insights to drive innovation and excellence will be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree and proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your creative design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software is required. A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals is necessary. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines are essential qualities for this role. Additionally, strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are important. You should be able to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
