Collaborating closely with other departments, you will contribute to workforce planning and development. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and management, experience in HR policies and employee benefits administration, strong skills in personnel management and employee relations, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across departments. Familiarity with HR software and tools is advantageous.
