Role Overview: Responsible for ensuring that all bearings and components produced meet company and customer quality standards through systematic inspection, process monitoring, documentation, and continual improvement. The position level (Executive / Assistant / Supervisor) will be decided based on qualification and experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspection of bearings and components as per drawing and specification. Supervise and guide the QA team in inspection activities (for Supervisor level). Use measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier callipers, gauges, and comparators accurately. Maintain daily inspection reports, rejection data, and quality records. Monitor the calibration status of measuring instruments and ensure timely calibration. Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective action . Coordinate with Production to prevent recurrence of quality issues. Support and participate in internal and external audits (ISO/IATF/Customer) . Ensure 5S and safety compliance within the QA area.
