Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Overview:

Responsible for ensuring that all bearings and components produced meet company and customer quality standards through systematic inspection, process monitoring, documentation, and continual improvement. The position level (Executive / Assistant / Supervisor) will be decided based on qualification and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspection of bearings and components as per drawing and specification.
• Supervise and guide the QA team in inspection activities (for Supervisor level).
• Use measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier callipers, gauges, and comparators accurately.
• Maintain daily inspection reports, rejection data, and quality records.
• Monitor the calibration status of measuring instruments and ensure timely calibration.
• Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Coordinate with Production to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Support and participate in internal and external audits (ISO/IATF/Customer).
• Ensure 5S and safety compliance within the QA area.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product and process quality (for Supervisor level).
• Train and develop team members on inspection techniques and quality systems (for Supervisor level).

Pay: From ₹17,500.00 per month
