Experience:

· Experience of a minimum of 5-10 years in the manufacturing industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or law. A master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) is highly preferred.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years covering both operational payroll/compliance and supervisory/managerial functions.
Proven expertise and knowledge of local labour laws
(Factory Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity)
is essential.
Full-time at the head office in Surendranagar
