Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Pune. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, handling employee relations, administering payroll, and benefits, and supporting talent acquisition and performance management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies expertise
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
