Position Summary

HR Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the complete

    employee lifecycle

    from recruitment support to separation.
  • Ensure

    HR policy adherence

    and suggest improvements as per market standards.
  • Maintain accurate and updated

    employee records

    and documentation.
  • Support

    talent acquisition

    processes in collaboration with the HR Manager.

2. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Design, plan, and implement

    training programs

    , including creating the

    training calendar

    and managing

    training budgets

    .
  • Coordinate

    team-building

    and

    outbound learning

    initiatives to enhance engagement and collaboration.

3. Performance Management

  • Execute and monitor the

    Performance Management System (PMS)

    to ensure timely goal setting and appraisal processes.
  • Provide data insights and reports to management for decision-making.

4. Employee Engagement & Rewards

  • Plan and conduct

    employee engagement activities

    to foster motivation and retention.
  • Manage

    Rewards & Recognition (R&R)

    programs and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.

5. Statutory Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as

    PF

    ,

    ESI

    , and other labor laws.
  • Maintain HR policies in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.

6. Facility & Vendor Management

  • Oversee

    facility operations

    , including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
  • Manage

    vendor relationships

    , including negotiation and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure workplace

    safety

    , hygiene, and efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    3 years of HR experience

    , preferably in the

    FMCG

    or

    Pet Industry

    .

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of

    HR operations and compliance

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    .
  • Excellent

    English communication skills

    (written and verbal).
  • Strong

    analytical, coordination, and problem-solving

    skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fast learner with a proactive and committed attitude.
