The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling employee relations. Additional responsibilities include developing job descriptions, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Qualifications Find recuritments post from Asm till Sr for field work from fmcg or hygenic category arrange interviews of 5-10 people daily HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in HR Policies and Job Description Development Employee Relations skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the care or healthcare or fmcg industry is an advantage
