Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling employee relations. Additional responsibilities include developing job descriptions, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Find recuritments post from Asm till Sr for field work from fmcg or hygenic category
• arrange interviews of 5-10 people daily
• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Policies and Job Description Development
• Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the care or healthcare or fmcg industry is an advantage
