Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Foster positive employee relations through conflict resolution and performance feedback.
Design and implement compensation and benefits packages.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
