As an HR Officer at SCG, you will play a crucial role in shaping the people systems, culture, and engagement programs to support SCG's growth story in India. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle. - Support employee engagement initiatives, CSR activities, and internal communications to foster a positive work environment. - Organize training sessions and track development plans to enhance employee skills and competencies. - Manage HR records, contracts, and HRIS updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. - Provide day-to-day HR support and promptly respond to employee queries to maintain a supportive work environment. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of HR experience preferred; however, new graduates with strong potential are also welcome. - Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively carry out HR responsibilities. - Proactive and detail-oriented with a people-first mindset to prioritize employee well-being and growth.
