Job Description

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for various key aspects of human resources management. Your role will involve the following: - Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, promptly resolving issues. - Implement and monitor employee welfare programs and activities to promote a positive work environment. - Engage in employee relations initiatives to enhance workplace culture. - Maintain healthy relations between management and employees/trade unions. - Assist in disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and compliance with labour laws. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. - Manage employee records and HR databases efficiently. - Ensure compliance with statutory obligations such as PF, ESIC, and labour welfare fund. - Assist in audits and inspections from labour authorities. - Draft and implement HR policies aligned with labour laws and company objectives. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Master of Labour Welfare (MLW) from a recognized university. - Additional certifications in HR, labour laws, or industrial relations would be beneficial. The ideal candidate for this position would have at least 13 years of experience in an HR generalist or employee relations role. Freshers with strong internships and practical exposure are also encouraged to apply.,
