Key Responsibilities :  Business development in the given territory and converting prospective leads.  Developing and maintaining strong relationships with HNI customers / Corporates and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.  Identifying and exploring new opportunities and markets for expanding the customer base and increasing the market share.  Coordinating with the internal teams, to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions to the channel partners and customers. Qualifications :  BBA & MBA or equivalent.  Proven 2 - 5 years in insurance  Experience in Direct business selling all EB and Non-EB insurance products  Exceptional communication, negotiation in the corporate sector.  Strategic, analytical thinker with strong business acumen for effective decision- making.
