Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, leave management, and exit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate hiring activities: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer letters

• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS, and payroll inputs

• Handle ESI, PF, health insurance & statutory compliance updates

• Maintain attendance & leave data; coordinate with team leads

• Plan employee engagement activities and support performance processes

• Maintain HR records, weekly recruitment reports, and organization charts

• Manage separations including asset collection and experience letters
