Human Resources Manager

Our company needs a motivated, highly organised Human resource manager to join our team. We’re looking for an experienced person who doesn’t mind putting in long hours and working with colleagues. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as a HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Directing, handling and overseeing the recruitment
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews ; prepare and complete action plans
• Analyse process workflow, space requirements and equipment layout.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Accomplish operations and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
• Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency
• Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws.
• Train new employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Managing the recruitment and selection process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• Administrator Role for minimum 3 years
• MBA

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
