Profile- Technical Project Manager Exp - 8-10 yr Location- Indore (M.P), WFO About the role- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing AI-based product development and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira project management, and client communication, along with solid exposure to project documentation and delivery processes. Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management for AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to define project goals, scope, and timelines. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication, task delegation, and performance tracking. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum best practices. Utilize Jira to track project progress, manage sprints, and monitor deliverables. Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, risk assessments, timelines, and reports. Identify potential risks or blockers and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes. Support the team by facilitating productive discussions and decision-making during internal and client calls. Required Skills- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in project management within a product-based environment, preferably in AI or software development. Proven experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and cross-department coordination. Strong command over Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Jira project tracking tools. Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations effectively. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and AI-driven product delivery processes. Exceptional organizational, documentation, and analytical skills. Good to have Exposure to AI/ML product lifecycle management or data-driven project delivery. Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) or PMP certification. Prior experience working with global clients.
