As a Technical Leader for our AI-enabled SaaS products, you will be responsible for owning the technical vision, architecture, delivery excellence, and deployment strategy. Your role will involve Engineering Leadership and Technical Delivery, ensuring scalable backend systems, resilient microservices, AI/ML integration readiness, DevOps strategy, SRE/SRE-adjacent reliability practices, deployment governance, and hands-on mentoring for engineering teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define architecture, deployment plan, infra scale, and release strategy - Drive reliability engineering along with SRE principles - Establish quality standards, system governance, and delivery guardrails - Lead production deployments and steer operational excellence - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product and engineering goals - Conduct solution designs, architecture audits, RCA reviews, and capacity planning - Mentor engineering teams, improve skill maturity, and technical ownership **Qualifications Required:** - 7-12 years of experience in related technical leadership roles - Experience leading engineering teams of 10-30 members in hybrid roles involving architecture and deployment ownership **Core Skills:** **Backend & Architecture:** - Expertise in backend architecture using suitable technologies for the product stack - Strong experience with Microservices, APIs, system design, and distributed architecture - Hands-on capability in scaling cloud backend systems **DevOps & Deployment:** - Experience driving DevOps strategy - Understanding of Deployment Strategy, Infra Automation, and Release Governance - Knowledge of SRE principles, Observability, Monitoring, Incident Management, and System Reliability **AI/ML (Good to Have but Preferred):** - AI/ML experience is a big plus - Prior exposure to AI-enabled SaaS products or ML-augmented platforms **Leadership & Delivery:** - Ability to manage 10-30 person technical teams - Delivered products from 0 to 1 to Scale - Strong in technical mentoring, architecture reviews, and delivery planning - Ability to balance execution speed and engineering resilience If you are interested in this role, please share your CV at nupur.dubey@amantra.ai /+91 9109123428.
