Your daily responsibilities: ✔ Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs ✔ Sourcing & Screening resumes from different sources ✔ Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates and try to asses their skills and provide feedback for later rounds of interview ✔ Partnering with external recruitment agencies and coordinating with them. ✔ Administering appropriate company assessments ✔ Performing reference and background checks ✔ Making recommendations to company hiring managers ✔ Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers ✔ Following up on the interview process status ✔ Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved ✔ Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process ✔ Completing timely reports on recruitment activity ✔ Understand market trends and able to recommend ways to improve talent search process and recruit better talent. Other HR Functions: ✔ Assist in developing new HR policies and update the existing ones based on the company's values and ensure employees adhere to and comply with them. ✔ Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. ✔ Prepare confidential documents for employees, such as an offer letter, NDA, relieving and experience letters, and other documents based on requirements. ✔ Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. ✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information and other necessary details. ✔ Manage employee engagement programs, including a welcome email policy for new employees, regular birthday greetings, and a work anniversary and celebrations. ✔ Organize celebrations such as festivals, company events and picnics, Other qualifications ✔ While not mandatory it will be advantageous if you have recruitment background in an IT industry, especially recruiting programmers and IT roles. ✔ IT industry domain knowledge advantageous ✔ Preferably Bachelor Degree/Master degree in HR from some reputed institute.
