OTE Target: Capable of closing USD 2M+ annually

Amantra is a next-generation Agentic AI and Hyperautomation platform helping enterprises move from basic automation to autonomous, decision-driven operations. We work with large enterprises and groups across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia on high-value AI, RPA-2, IDP, and enterprise automation programs.


We are now looking for a senior sales closer to drive enterprise deals in the UAE and GCC.



The Role


We are seeking a results-driven enterprise closer who can own the full sales cycle—from senior stakeholder conversations to final contract closure.


This is not a lead-generation role.

You will engage CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Heads of Transformation on strategic, high-ticket deals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Close USD 2M+ in annual contract value across enterprise AI & automation deals
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, value positioning, negotiation, and closure
  • Leverage existing C-level and enterprise relationships in the UAE / GCC
  • Position Amantra as a strategic transformation partner (not a vendor)
  • Work closely with founders, solution architects, and delivery teams
  • Represent Amantra in executive meetings, boardrooms, and high-level negotiations


Ideal Profile


  • Proven enterprise sales closer with a strong record in $250K–$1M+ deal sizes
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals
  • Strong network across UAE / GCC enterprises
  • Background in AI, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation, Automation, or Consulting
  • Comfortable selling at CXO and Board level
  • Strategic, confident, articulate, and commercially sharp


Language & Cultural Fit


  • Fluent English (mandatory)

  • Arabic speaking (strong advantage)

  • Western professional background

  • ⁠Strong executive presence and relationship-building capability
