Job Description

As a senior sales closer at Amantra, you will be responsible for driving enterprise deals in the UAE and GCC. Your role will involve owning the full sales cycle, from engaging with senior stakeholders to finalizing contract closures. You will focus on high-value AI and automation programs, working closely with key decision-makers such as CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Heads of Transformation. Your key responsibilities include: - Closing USD 2M+ in annual contract value across enterprise AI & automation deals - Leading end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, value positioning, negotiation, and closure - Leveraging existing C-level and enterprise relationships in the UAE / GCC - Positioning Amantra as a strategic transformation partner (not a vendor) - Working collaboratively with founders, solution architects, and delivery teams - Representing Amantra in executive meetings, boardrooms, and high-level negotiations The ideal candidate for this role is a proven enterprise sales closer with a strong track record in deal sizes ranging from $250K to $1M+. You should have demonstrated ability in closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals and possess a strong network across UAE / GCC enterprises. A background in AI, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation, Automation, or Consulting is preferred. Additionally, you should be comfortable selling at the CXO and Board level, and exhibit traits such as being strategic, confident, articulate, and commercially sharp. In terms of language and cultural fit, fluency in English is mandatory, while Arabic speaking skills would be a strong advantage. A Western professional background, along with a strong executive presence and relationship-building capability, are desirable attributes for this role.
